This year again, we are pleased to participate in the “Automne de la Culture Japonaise”, coordinated by the Consulate of Japan in Geneva. We will contribute to this joyful event by opening our monthly seminars to the public and incorporating small enbu demonstrations for spectators. Come and visit us! On August 23, the monthly seminar took place, this time focusing on suburi, several Battōjutsu kata, and an introduction to gekiken.

On July 26, the monthly seminar took place, this time focusing on physical conditioning, kihon waza, the summer kata of Battōjutsu, and kumitachi with the bokken.

On June 28, the monthly seminar took place, this time focusing on the summer kata of Battōjutsu, as well as kumitachi with the bokken and kodachi.

On May 23, the traditional Hakama Matsuri took place in Lugano, in the presence of members of the dōjō Jouen, Ketsui and Tansei. Congratulations to the kōhai who undertook this rite of passage to become full-fledged members of the ryū!

On May 3, the monthly seminar took place, this time focusing on the kodachi, as well as various Naginatajutsu kata of the Tendō-ryū.

Sunday the 29th of March several members of the Dōjō Jouen and Ketsui have reunited for a seminar in Lausanne, during which we have worked on the kihon waza, on the kumitachi, as well as Battōjutsu's and Naginatajutsu's kata.
