Our activities

Our main activity is obviously represented by our weekly trainings but besides our identity as traditional school of martial arts there is also the one of cultural association

Classes/ training

Our classes take place,

in Lausanne:

Tuesday, from 20:15 to 22:15;
Friday, from 20:00 to 22:00;
Sunday, from 10:00 to 12:00;

in Lugano:

Thursday, from 18:00 to 19:30

in Zürich:

Wednesday, from 19:30 to 21:30

Stages

Roughly once per month we offer a stage of a whole day for the memebers of our ryū: sometimes it is held within the comfort of our dōjō and sometimes it is outdoors

Enbu

We regularly take part in events related to the Japanese culture during which we do martial arts demonstrations so that people can get a glimpse of the disciplines we practice

Cultural promotion

We try to promote our activities and Japanese culture also through social media and especially with content exploring Japanese language and its richness

Publications

Through the years we have, as a collective of authors, published a few books concerning martial arts and samurai. For now they only exist in Spanish, but atranslation project exists

Initiations

During the previously mentioned events it also happens that we offer initiations for the public so that they can get an idea of how it feels to practice centuries-old arts
